Описание
An almond croissant is a thrift recipe and pretending otherwise is silly. It is made from the croissants that did not sell, which is why it exists at all and why there are never many.
Soaked in rum syrup, split, filled with frangipane, baked until the almonds on top catch. Better than the croissant it was made from, which is the joke of it.
