What is collected
What an order needs: a name, an address, a telephone number, and the date you asked for. Kept for as long as tax law requires and then deleted.
The message on the cake
Stored with the order and read by the person piping it. It is not analysed, not retained after the order is closed, and not used for anything else.
What is not collected
No advertising pixel, no session recorder, no third-party analytics. We do not know which pages you read.
