Collection
From the counter, from eight in the morning on the day you chose. Cakes are boxed and ribboned and will sit level in a footwell; they will not sit level on a seat.
Delivery
Within Lyon, by our own driver, between ten and two. Twelve euros, free over sixty. We do not use couriers and we do not deliver outside the city, for the reason given on the About page.
If something is wrong
Telephone the same day. Anything that leaves this kitchen and is not right is replaced or refunded without a discussion about whose fault it was — that conversation costs more than the cake.
How long things keep
Pastries, the day. Cakes, two days in a fridge, out an hour before. Macarons, five days cold or three months frozen, and they thaw perfectly.
