Allergens
Every product page lists the allergens in that product. This page says what those lists mean, because a list is not an answer.
The kitchen
One kitchen, handling wheat, egg, dairy, nuts, soya and sesame every day. Nothing made here can be described as free from any of those in the sense a hospital would use the phrase.
Our gluten-free and vegan work
Separate area, separate equipment, separate day, first bake of the morning, and staff who have changed aprons. That is a serious protocol and it is still not a dedicated facility.
If it is medical
Telephone. Somebody who was in the kitchen that morning will answer and tell you exactly what was baked before your order. We would rather lose the sale than guess.
