Nine garments came back this season to be mended. All nine went out again.
What comes back
Elbows, cuffs, and the pocket bag on the side people put their phone in. Almost never a seam, and almost never the cloth itself — which tells you where a garment is actually used and where the design has to be strongest.
Why it is free
Because the alternative is a replacement, and a replacement costs us the whole garment. Two years of free repairs is cheaper than one return, and it is the only warranty we can offer that means anything: it is a promise that we will still have the cloth.
