Getting one, and sending it back
Reservations are taken in order. Nothing is charged when you reserve; we write to you when your unit is a fortnight from shipping and take payment then.
Where we ship
Anywhere in the EU and the UK, at no cost, on a two-day service. Elsewhere the freight is quoted before you pay, never after.
Sending it back
Thirty days, for any reason or none. We collect it, and the refund is issued on the day it reaches us rather than on the day it is inspected. A unit returned with marks on it is still refunded in full — it is a machine, not a museum piece.
If it fails
Three years, parts and labour, and we publish the failure rates by component every quarter. Out of warranty, we quote the repair before touching it and the part prices are on this site.
