A pendant that spins is a pendant with a badly cut bail. This one is cut so the stone sits flat against the collarbone and stays facing out.
Chain is 45cm with a 40cm loop soldered in, so it can be worn at either length without a second chain.

Sits exactly where the photograph says it will. The second loop for the shorter length is a small idea that I use constantly.
