Delivery
- Insured and signed for — included, at any value, anywhere we ship.
- In stock — dispatched the next working day.
- Made to order — the wait is on the product page, and it is the real one rather than a hopeful one.
- By hand in Paris — by appointment, at no charge.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason or none, on everything except pieces engraved or made to a size that is not a stock size. Those are said plainly on the product page before you order, and the drawing is sent for approval first.
Return shipping is ours. There is no restocking fee, because a restocking fee is a return somebody was talked out of.
Repairs
A repair starts with a photograph, not a form. Send one and we will tell you what it needs and what it costs before it travels. Retipping a claw is usually done the same week; a shank rebuild takes two.
Resizing
Free within the first year, and at cost after that. A ring can be sized about twice more in its life before the shank needs rebuilding, and we will tell you which one you are on.
